Workflow Specialist (Malta)


  • To consult and support customers;
  • To be responsible for various system setup adoption for customer needs to ensure proper record management;
  • To work with a database of customers and their documents;
  • To provide excellent and efficient customer service;
  • To independently analyze, assess and control each customer's transaction.


  • Experience working with documentation, agreements will be considered as an advantage;
  • Fluent English, basic Russian, knowledge of Spanish and/or Chinese would be preferential;
  • Ability to show initiative, and control the customer service process;
  • To understand and establish customer needs and offer appropriate services based on these;
  • Accuracy, high attention to details and ability to follow working instructions, analytical skills for problem solving and critical thinking skills;
  • Be an efficient learner.
